Do I need an appointment? Do you take walk-ins?
No appointment is necessary to tour our community; We have three employees in the office and rotate lunches, just so we can make sure there is always someone here. Keep in mind when coming to tour the property that you bring your ID with you.
Why do your prices have ranges?
Prices range by the size of the floor plan and the lease term you choose. Also if you have pets or want a carport, this would change your monthly rate as well.
What is the application fee and is it refundable?
Application fees are $10.50 per person over the age of 18. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply. The application fees are non-refundable.
How do I apply?
Applications may be found online at www.fairwaysatlowry.com or you can apply in person.
Which utilities do I pay?
The resident is responsible for all of their utilities. We set up your electric, gas, water, trash and sewer for you. It will be added in on top of your rent.
What is the security deposit?
$300 for a one-bedroom apartment and $400 for a two-bedroom apartment. Keep in mind though that security deposits can vary depending on qualifying criteria.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is always due on or before the first of the month.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Rent is always due on the first and a $75 late fee is charged on the 6th of every month plus $10 per day until the 15th of the month.
How can I pay my rent?
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our property website or signing up for a Paylease card. This allows you to use a bank account or credit card to make payments. We also accept cashiers checks and personal checks in office.
What kind of pets do you allow? How many pets may I have?
Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed. Any number of pets living in the apartment will then require a one-time nonrefundable $300-$400 pet fee. Monthly pet rent is $25 for one pet or $40 for two pets. Breed restrictions apply, please contact the office.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the termination fee is 1.5 times the base rent.
How can I refer a friend?
We offer a resident referral program. When your friend applies, they will need to document your name on their application.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
You may call the office during business hours or leave a message. If it is an afterhours maintenance emergency you can call our emergency maintenance number. You may also submit work orders online if you are enrolled in our online services.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in, or staying longer than 7 days, they will need to fill out an application and pay their $50 application fee to be added to your lease agreement.
I will be moving out. What do I need to do?
We require a 60-day written notice. Even if you move out early, you are still responsible for rent and utilities through the end of the notice period.
Do you have cable/Internet services?
The resident is responsible for setting up these services.
Can I grill on property?
You can utilize the outdoor grills.
I’m locked out of my apartment/garage. What do I do?
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment. If it is after hours you must call a locksmith and provide the office with a copy of your key once the office opens back up.
I’ve lost my apartment and/or mailbox keys. What do I do?
If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
